We have our first Cupcakes Fun Class scheduled for Tuesday, 28 February, 12.30-2.30 pm. Please note this class is now fully booked.
A new class date has been set for Tuesday, 13 March, 12.30-2.30pm.
Most items needed for this course are provided, however you will need to bring 8 home made or un-iced store bought cupcakes, plus a few other items.

The colour cards for the new ribbons are now online. Please take a look, but remember that colours will vary from those shown in the photos.
We have just finished unpacking and placing on the shelves, many, many new ribbons.
We have new paper tear ribbons, curling ribbons, in matt and metallic. Great colour range and prices.
Also, new fabric ribbons, satins, patterned, woven edge organza, grosgrain, metallics as well. Come into see what is available. There is a ribbon for everyone.
We hope to get the colour cards online soon.
In response to customer enquiries we have arranged to have a staff member trained as a Wilton Method Instructor. This will enable us to run cake decorating classes on our premises using the Wilton Cake Decorating Courses.
There are 3 courses available, each runs for 2 hours a session over 4 weeks. The first one, Decorating Basics, covers making and preparing a great cake for decoration and how to ice the cake with buttercream and hand made buttercream flowers and decorations. Completion of the Decorating Basics is necessary before students can undertake either of the other 2 courses.
The other courses are Flowers & Cake Design and Gum Paste & Fondant.
