Have you completed the Wilton Decorating Basics and Gum Paste & Fondant Courses and wanting to expand your expertise?

Discover one of the most breathtaking ways to decorate a cake, by enrolling in one of our Wilton Advanced Gum Paste Flowers courses.

Take your cake decorating to the next level with beautiful, life-like sugar  flowers on wires.   Create lovely arrangements for any occasion.

With the Wilton Method, learning the art of Gum Paste Flowers has never been easier!

Each Advanced Gum Paste Flowers course will run for 4 weeks and each session will be 2 hours.  Our course fee includes a student kit, booklet and some items you will need to complete the course in a basic way, all of which is yours to keep.

Completion of Decorating Basics and Gum Paste & Fondant is a pre-requisite to doing this additional Course.

In this course you won’t need to bring a cake, so you can concentrate on your beautiful flowers.  Your final piece in this course will be a beautiful spray of sugar flowers that showcases your new skills.

We have planned the following WILTON ADVANCED GUMPASTE FLOWERS Courses.  These are being run on  Saturday afternoons and Thursday nights.

  • Thursday  23, 30 May, 6 & 13 June, 2013,  7– 9pm
  • Saturday 21, 28 September, 12 & 19 October, 2013, 1.30 – 3.30 pm

Please ensure you can attend all dates for your chosen course, as it is not possible to schedule make-up classes.
